Terrebonne est finalement parvenue à racheter l’ancien club de golf Le Boisé, qu’elle veut transformer en parc naturel, au coût de 27 millions. Le projet permettra de protéger des dizaines d’hectares au cœur de la ville, promet son maire.
L’entente de principe entre la Ville et le propriétaire du terrain met un terme à une poursuite de 98 millions.
