La SAAQ a signé pas moins de 1879 « contrats-satellites » en marge du mégacontrat de 458 millions – aujourd'hui évalué à 945 millions – qu’elle a octroyé pour assurer sa transformation numérique. La facture totale de toutes ces ententes demeure inconnue.
