Vancouver Island’s Royal Roads University has unveiled a new campus named in honour of the late Premier John Horgan. The naming pays tribute to his leadership and local ties in Langford, injecting a sense of historical reverence and pride into this significant academic milestone.
Horgan, who was also Canada’s ambassador to Germany, died of cancer in November at age 65
