La Cour suprême établira une nouvelle jurisprudence en matière d’interpellations aléatoires. Le plus haut tribunal annonce ce jeudi qu’il entendra l’appel du gouvernement du Québec, qui a été débouté à deux reprises par les tribunaux inférieurs dans ce dossier.
